  • Pre-ordering means you purchase your extensions before our next stock arrives. Your order reserves your chosen colour and quantity from that incoming stock.

  • Our pre-order will be open for 2 weeks only. It starts September 21st,2026 and end 4th October 2026. Once the pre-order closes, we will no longer accept orders for that batch.

  • No. The pre-order is available for a limited 2-week period. If you miss the deadline, you will need to wait for the next available drop or shop from the products available at the moment.

    Please include your order number when contacting us about an existing order so we can assist you quickly.

  • For Pre-orders, shipping will begin 10 working days (production period) after pre-order period has ended. Deliver starts October 5th ,2026. Exact shipping details and dates will be communicated to customers immediately after production period. Make sure to input your full and accurate delivery details in the form given.

  • Shipping starts October 5th,2026. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking details via the contact information provided at checkout. It is important that your delivery details are specified and accurate.

  • Please double-check your order before placing it as changes or cancellations will not be possible once preorder period has ended . Orders can only be changed during given pre-order dates. You can only make changes to your order once. please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change/cancellation.

  • If you're interested in purchasing larger quantities for your salon, business or resale, send us a DM on instagram or send us a message on WhatsApp for wholesale enquiries.

  • There are recommendations for how much hair you need for a hairstyle under each product’s description.

  • No! There is no minimum order quantity. You can order as much or as little as you need.

  • Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue, so our team can look into it.
